Islamic Cultural Program

The Islamic Cultural Programme at Alhoda International School is a prestigious four-day event that serves as a platform for students to explore and celebrate Islamic ethics and values. This flagship event emphasizes the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of Islam, allowing every student to participate actively.

Day 1: Pre-Primary Section The first day of the event is designed for the youngest students in the pre-primary section. The activities are age-appropriate and centered around introducing simple Islamic values, such as sharing, kindness, and respect. The day includes interactive storytelling sessions, puppet shows, and short plays that make learning enjoyable and memorable for the little ones. These performances help children grasp the importance of good character through fun and creative methods.

Day 2: Primary Section The second day focuses on students from the primary section. Activities are designed to further build on their understanding of Islamic ethics, with more emphasis on real-life applications. The students participate in role plays, presentations, and group discussions that explore the importance of values such as truthfulness, empathy, and responsibility. In addition, students present short skits, nasheeds, and artwork showcasing their understanding of Islamic teachings.

Day 3 and 4: Secondary Section The last two days are reserved for the secondary section, where students delve deeper into Islamic ethics and values. On Day 3, students present cultural performances, including poetry, drama, and presentations that reflect Islamic history and key figures who exemplified strong moral character. On Day 4, the focus shifts to competitions and discussions, including debates and group presentations on how Islamic values can address modern societal challenges. The event concludes with a grand closing ceremony where secondary students receive awards for their exceptional performances and contributions throughout the program.

This division ensures that every student, regardless of age, actively participates in the Islamic Cultural Programme and gains a deeper understanding of Islamic ethics and values in a way that resonates with their level of learning.
