INDEPENDENCE DAY

The Nature Club of Alhoda International School held a vibrant Independence Day event to highlight environmental awareness. The event featured an engaging exhibition showcasing a variety of plants, where students educated attendees on each plant’s unique benefits. A short drama emphasized the importance of saving trees and protecting nature, captivating the audience with its powerful message. Additionally, a compelling speech on the Narmada Bachao Andolan shed light on the movement to conserve the Narmada River, inspiring students and guests to reflect on the significance of environmental conservation in the spirit of independence.

TEACHERS DAY

For Teachers’ Day, the Nature Club at Alhoda International School organized an educative presentation celebrating natural products. The students demonstrated the benefits of using mehndi and other natural items in daily life, highlighting their eco-friendly and health benefits. They also showcased traditional cotton weaving with a charkha, illustrating its cultural and environmental value. As a thoughtful gesture, the club members distributed handmade gifts crafted from natural materials, expressing their appreciation for teachers while promoting sustainable practices.
